Marwa Hussein has been working in the field of counselling and psychotherapy, for 22 years. She is currently a senior counselor at the Counseling Center of the Center for Student Well-Being at the American University in Cairo (AUC). Marwa has a Masters of Science (M.Sc) in counseling psychology from London Metropolitan University. She had good teaching experience as a part-time psychology faculty at AUC. She has been a formal member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as a member of the EACBT (Egyptian Association of Cognitive Behavior Therapy). She is also trained in DBT (Dialectical behavior Therapy).
