Exciting News for All Agricultural Enthusiasts! 🌿 🌱
Your favorite campus activity is making a comeback!
We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Adopt a Plot project at The Center for Applied Research on the Environment and Sustainability (CARES)! Whether you're a seasoned green thumb or just starting your gardening journey, this is your chance to grow your own vegetables right here on AUC’s New Cairo campus. 🥕🥬

What’s in it for you?
Eligibility: AUC students, faculty, and staff and their families are welcome to register, especially the little ones! 😉
Plot: Each plot is 40m², perfect for 2-4 participants.
Fees: 500 LE per plot (includes a refundable 100 LE deposit if you clean up after the harvest).
Expert Support: CARES personnel and technicians will be on-site from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during the planting season to guide you every step of the way. 🌻
Location: AUC New Cairo Campus, Beside AP1 gate, behind the swimming pool.
🗓 Important Dates:
Registration: 8th - 15th September 2024
Planting Season: 22nd - 26th September 2024
Harvest: Final harvest on 13th February 2025 (clear plots by this date to receive your deposit back!)
