The Entrepreneurial Mindset session introduces students to the core ways entrepreneurs think, decide and act in uncertain environments. The session explores what entrepreneurship truly entails, the key traits and behaviors of successful entrepreneurs and the importance of evidence-based decision-making. Students will be introduced to the Business Model Canvas as a practical tool for structuring and testing ideas, while also learning techniques to sharpen perception and judgment for more informed and effective entrepreneurial decisions.

Speaker: Mohamed Youssef, chairman and CEO at Dcode Economic and Financial Consulting, and a macroeconomist, political-economy advisor and development consulting leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning government, international development institutions and the private sector.
