This interactive session explores how everyday food choices can become powerful tools for improving personal health, energy levels and overall well being. Moving beyond diets and trends, the talk focuses on sustainable, realistic nutrition practices that fit into daily life. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts physical health, mental clarity, immunity and long-term wellbeing. The session will highlight practical strategies for making informed food choices, reading food cues, and building balanced habits that support both personal health and environmental sustainability.

Speaker: Fayrouz Eid is an Egyptian wellness entrepreneur, certified nutritionist, and digital creator with over 14 years of experience in the wellness industry.
Fayrouz is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Well B, a company dedicated to helping people build a sustainable and balanced lifestyle through personalized programs and innovative food solutions.
Fayrouz studied Food Science and Nutrition across several institutions, including the University of Alabama, Precision Nutrition, and MindBodyGreen, giving her a unique blend of academic expertise and modern, holistic perspectives on health. She also studied Journalism and Mass Communication at the American University in Cairo, which honed her ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and relatability.
