Join us for the unique and intensive workshop Write a Short Film in 72 Hours, where we will take you on an inspiring and guided creative journey to transform your initial idea into a complete screenplay and a clear production plan, all within three days filled with learning and practical application.

Duration: 3 Days

Day 1: Lecture 1 – Idea and Planning (6 Hours)
●    Hour 0 – 2 → Brainstorming, log line, genre, character development.
●    Hour 2 – 4 → Story structure, conflict, stakes, turning points.
●    Hour 4 – 6 → Scene outlining, visualization, group discussion.

Day 2: Lecture 2 – Screenwriting (6 Hours)
●    Hour 0 – 2 → Writing the first draft, focusing on flow.
●    Hour 2 – 4 → Enhancing characters, dialogue, and scene depth.
●    Hour 4 – 6 → Reviewing, refining, and finalizing the script.

Day 3: Lecture 3 – Pre-Production (6 Hours)
●    Hour 0 – 2 → Script reading, adjustments, clarity check.
●    Hour 2 – 4 → Shot list, locations, equipment, casting.
●    Hour 4 – 6 → Production planning, troubleshooting, motivation.

Final Outcome: A complete, polished short film script with a production plan ready for execution.

**The workshop is offered as part of the Cairo Photo Week program, which will be held in Downtown Cairo from May 8 to May 18, 2025.
