Shahinaz Ghazy
Commercial Operations Director
Vodafone Egypt
Appointed in September 2018, Shahinaz Ghazy leads Vodafone Egypt’s customer care strategy, aligning it with the company’s commercial goals. Since joining Vodafone in 2004, she has held several key roles, including Director of Vodafone International Services (2016) and Head of the Enterprise Business Unit. Shahinaz also served as Head of Offshore Operations for Vodafone UK, overseeing operations in Egypt and India, and driving strategic programs in automation, reengineering, and business optimization.
Lauraine Habib
Expert in sustainable development with experience in both the public and private sectors.

At Vodafone Egypt, she is currently an ESG and Sustainability Senior Specialist. Previously, she served as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, where she played a key role in updating Egypt’s Vision 2030, development policies drafting, SDG implementation, and national reporting to the United Nations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from FEPS (French section), Cairo University.
Eman Amin

Eman is an accomplished Sign Language Interpreter with extensive experience in accessibility and inclusive communication since 2016. She was recognized by Vodafone in 2023 for her outstanding service and unwavering dedication to supporting Deaf customers. Eman is passionate about creating equitable access, leveraging innovative solutions and technology to bridge communication gaps. Her deep understanding of the Deaf community’s needs continues to drive impactful change within both corporate and community settings.
Mostafa Hesham

Mostafa is a Deaf professional known for his outstanding performance at Vodafone, where he continues to break barriers and set a high standard in his role. Beyond the workplace, Mostafa excels across multiple facets of life. He is a dedicated athlete who has won medals in football, maintains a strong fitness routine at the gym, and also thrives in the creative industry as a fashion model and actor. His journey reflects resilience, talent, and a powerful commitment to excellence in everything he pursues.
