Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a disorder that affects relationships negatively. It is not uncommon for a partner to seek help for issues related to being in a damaging relationship with a narcissist. This talk will describe narcissism as a spectrum and how to deal with narcissistic partners to avoid falling into the trap of their charming, manipulative behaviors.
