Join this session of the Gerhart Center Webinar Series titled "Humanitarian Logistics," featuring Wojciech Piotrowicz, director of HUMLOG Institute and associate professor at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland.

As an associate professor in supply chain management and social responsibility, Piotrowicz's research is focused on supply chain, technology and performance metrics in various contexts, such as retail, including omnichannel, humanitarian and manufacturing. In addition, he works on other supply chain-related themes such as humanitarian logistics, supply chain risk, resilience and flows under conflict conditions. He has been working with commercial organizations (Intel, BAE Systems, retail companies), the public sector (EU Commission) and NGOs (Red Cross, Caritas), looking at both similarities and differences between supply chain designs.
