The Cynthia Nelson Institute for Gender and Women’s Studies is hosting a workshop on gender-based violence and digital backlash in collaboration with Girl Up Artemis, the New Woman Foundation (NWF),and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The panel will feature experts in this area to cover the various aspects of this issue and engage in discussion with the audience.

  • Nevine Ebeid, feminist researcher and executive director, New Woman Foundation
  • Ahmed Hegab, digital resilience expert, global trainer, and advocate advancing gender justice and equity in digital spaces, Harassmap International Fellow
  • Rasha Hafez, RH-GBV services analyst, United Nations Population Fund
