Join this talk with Yasmine El Dorghamy, founder and editorial director of Rawi Publishing, as she explores history as a creative and public-facing practice. Drawing on the work of Rawi Publishing, El Dorghamy will discuss how historical research can be transformed into books, exhibitions, visual narratives, social media content and cultural projects for a broad audience.

Using Rawi's latest publication on the history of medicine and healing practices in Egypt as a case study, the talk will reflect on how publishing, curation, design and storytelling make the past accessible beyond academia.
