Olivier Cateura
Professor of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Emlyon Business School
Olivier Cateura has been a professor of strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship at Emlyon Business School since 2018, where he was associate dean for the MSc and specialized master from 2018 to 2022. He holds a PhD in strategic management from Université de Montpellier and is a graduate of Sciences Po Aix and Emlyon Business School.
His research topics are linked to competitive strategies, innovation, ecosystems of innovation and energy transition. Before joining academia, he worked for McCann in digital communication and for ENGIE in France and Belgium. Focused on the energy sector, he was assistant then associate professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management for 10 years, where he created energy master programs and MOOCs, and he worked for three years for Tenerrdis Energy Cluster.
