The final session concludes with Bananas, examined through the lens of political philosophy. The film tells the story of Fielding Mellish, a naive product tester, who is accidentally swept into a revolution, revealing how political systems can be driven more by chaos and chance rather than coherent ideology. The film is a political comedy, engaging with broader questions about authority, power and the nature of revolutions.

This is part of a four-week workshop conducted by Engy El-Refaee, head of content and research at Phoenix Geoservices.
