The I to Be

The "I to Be" session is a reflective and interactive experience designed to help participants explore their self-identity and personal purpose. Through guided activities and discussion, the session builds self-awareness and confidence while supporting participants in clarifying their core values and aligning them with meaningful personal and academic goals.

Engy El Barkouki, life coach, will lead the session, sharing insights to help participants navigate their personal development journeys.

To confirm attendance, students should:

1. Register through AUC-Connect.
2. Check in via QR code placed at the door on the day of the event.
3. Complete a short post-event survey that will be sent by email through AUC-Connect

N.B. Students will earn points on their Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) as a bonus for participating in any Co-Curricular Learning & Development Pathways.
