Regenerative Capitalism: Fact or Fiction?

Join us for a public lecture hosted by the John D. Gerhart Center for Philanthropy, Civic Engagement and Responsible Business. The event features John Elkington, a pioneer of the global sustainability movement with more than 50 years of experience advising companies on sustainability, business and markets.

Elkington is the co-founder of Environmental Data Services (ENDS) Sustainability, John Elkington Associates and Volans, all of which remain active today. He has served on more than 80 boards and advisory boards and was a World Economic Forum faculty member from 2002 to 2008.

Volans is a sustainability-focused advisory firm founded in 2008 by Elkington. The firm supports business leaders in navigating future challenges and creating opportunities in times of change. It was the first British company to become a B Corporation in 2013 and was ranked among the top 20 sustainability consultancies in the Financial Times Management Consultant Ratings (2021).
