Ahmed is a seasoned Managing Director with over 17 years of experience leading and growing organizations. As a Trainer, Ahmed leverages his expertise in Leadership, Personal Development, Productivity, Communication, Marketing, Sales, and Business Ethics. He is a skilled Coach & Facilitator who has helped numerous individuals and teams achieve their potential. 

Ahmed's diverse background includes senior leadership roles in regional companies spanning Investment, Real Estate, Facility Management, Business Consulting, and Training & Corporate Development. He has a proven ability to transform organizations and deliver results, as evidenced by his work with companies like lntelworth Management Consultants, Gulf International Investment (GIi), and Masar Center for Training & Development. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Ahmed is recognized for his contributions to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the social media industry. Huda is a dynamic and hands-on management and leadership consultant and master facilitator with over 30 years of experience building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures that get results. She is passionate about enabling greatness in people and organizations.

Huda specializes in organizational capacity building, strategy, alignment, and execution. She has served as a business consultant for training and educational institutions such as the Darden School of Business, The University of Virginia USA, the Institute of Banking in KSA, Horizon Learning-UK, and BINA Incubator- Istanbul. She has also worked with awarding bodies to develop Training Academies and centers in the Middle East and North Africa.

She designs and delivers programs that result in changes in human behavior, fulfilling her role and mission as a lead consultant and master facilitator. She has trained and coached hundredsof diverse managers, leaders, school teachers, and trainers toward effectively growing, transforming, and achieving their desired results. She has worked regionally and globally within different sectors, from Governmental Institutions to Hospital Management, Pharmaceuticals, Educational Institutions, Legal and Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas, Retail, Telecommunications, and Airport Management, to name but a few.

Huda is a former Executive Vice President for FranklinCovey ME and a member of the Board of Directors. She received the FranklinCovey Global Award "President's Club" for outstanding performance in 2004. Huda was also a member of the FranklinCovey "Global Leadership Council" formed to develop the "Great Leaders" program. She is a Master Facilitator across the range of FranklinCovey solutions services.
