In this 2-day Surviving Economic Downturn for Startups workshop, startup founders and entrepreneurs will understand the tough economic conditions affecting the general economic environment and learn how to analyze their implications on their startups and businesses. They will also explore the strategies and options they may pursue to adapt to the economic downturn.

• Identify the key factors relevant to your business

• Recognize the normality of problems and downturns in the life of businesses
• Explore the different approaches for surviving downturns
