We are honored to host Neil Leach, a British architect and professor who will discuss "Alien Intelligence: AI and the Future of Architecture." Neil Leach is the Director of the Doctor of Design program at FIU and co-founder of DigitalFUTURES, an online educational platform that operates in 8 languages; a former researcher for NASA, where he developed 3D printing technologies for the Moon and Mars; and a member of the Academia Europaea, Europe's leading academy with over 50 Nobel laureates.

In the midst of tumultuous times, as the Palestine/Gaza crisis unfolds, the "Ten Days of Architectural Fortitude" emerges as a somber yet compelling event. This 10-day architectural journey takes place against the backdrop of a world in crisis. While turmoil and uncertainty envelop our daily lives, this initiative stands as a beacon of hope, knowledge, and reflection. It is comprised of a series of internal and public events and talks, organized and hosted by the Department of Architecture at AUC in collaboration with its Alumni Association (AAA), the student-led association (AA) and NextARCH Lab.
