Dr. Omnia Negm

Omnia Negm is a seasoned Customer Experience Advisor with over 23 years of experience spanning diverse industries, including telecommunications, mobile devices, sports, and consumer electronics. She has held leadership roles in multinational, international, startup, and family business settings. Omnia holds an MBA in marketing management, is a COPC Registered Coordinator, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and an NLP Practitioner. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on "The Impact of Customer Experience on Customer Lifetime Value" at SSM.



Omnia has delivered over 1000 hours of training across various management topics on both online and offline platforms, including Al Mentor, E3mel Business, and Learn Khana. She also excels as a Business Consultant. Presently, Omnia serves as the CEO of I Fix Egypt, a mobile maintenance company, and as a Business Management instructor at AUC. Her commitment, dedication, and ability to thrive in challenging environments set her apart.

Dr. Ashraf Shaarawy

Ashraf Shaarawy is a Researcher and Business Instructor. He has extensive experience with more than 25 years in the fields of ICT, Education, and Fast Food.



Ashraf has a particular interest in research methodologies, and he has held the position of research center manager at Sega Group for developing human developers from 2016 till now, where he works as R&D for developing and evaluating research-based educational and training programs. Ashraf co-authored many published papers in education, training, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Mohamed Yassin

Mohamed Yassin has over 20 years of experience as a senior manager at Orange Egypt and a marketing consultant. He has an MBA in marketing and a DBA in SMEs management.



From 1998 until 2018, Yassin served in various marketing and mass-market acquisition leadership capacities at Orange Egypt. He grew his consumer base and revenue through partnerships, promotions, and product development. Additionally, he developed marketing mix ideas, analyzed market share, and targeted regional advertising. Since 2016, Yassin has been an instructor at the school of Continuing Education of the AUC and the Arab Academy, teaching marketing courses and mentoring students.



Yassin is also knowledgeable in customer experience, branding, acquisition, strategy creation, content creation, digital marketing, and marketing research. He has worked on numerous projects as a consultant since 2018 for several private and governmental institutions.

With over 25 years of diversified experience in banking and finance, Walid is a seasoned leader and a certified professional in credit management. He is currently the Head of Global Business Origination at Suez Canal Bank, where he oversees the business development and strategic partnerships across the dynamic and complex ecosystem of the region.



Walid is an MBA holder from (AAGSB) In marketing & he has a proven track record of leading and empowering high-caliber teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for corporate clients within the GCC region in various sectors, such as trading, manufacturing, contracting, and real estate. He has also been involved in financing more than 270 iconic projects in the GCC and North Africa, with a combined value of around USD 30 billion. As a certified communicator from TMI (USA) & lecturer with the (AUC & EBI) , he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise in core credit, corporate banking, and strategic relationships management .He is certified in credit management from the CIB ( Scotland) & certified in core credit from the NYI of finance (USA).
