Mental Health Week

AUC is committed to supporting mental health and has a week-long celebration organized in honor of World Mental Health Day. This week-long celebration includes various activities for the entire AUC community, such as class visits, fun activities at the CSW booth in partnership with the PSYC student association, and daily workshops on self-care, burnout, and stress management.
Additionally, the Psychology Department is collaborating to offer many other enjoyable and engaging activities. AUC's dedication to mental health is evident through this comprehensive and exciting week.
