Wellness Day

Join us for a day dedicated to your health and well-being at the upcoming Wellness Day event organized by the Medical Services Office in collaboration with Limitless Care and Gold's Gym. Taking place at the University Garden, this unique event is open to the entire AUC community.

During Wellness Day, Limitless Care will provide various health checks, tests, and products. Ensure your overall well-being with free lab tests, including CBC, HbA1C, and RBS. Gain insights into your body composition by participating in the In-Body test. To add to the excitement, we will have Spin & Win games where you can win free gifts such as vitamins. There will also be special gifts and giveaways, including animal care and health products gift cards. Also, Gold's Gym will be present to offer fitness tips and organize exciting competitions. Test your strength and endurance in the fitness competitions or challenge yourself in the resting competitions. Winners will receive vouchers for a 7-day pass and a chance to win a one-month membership at Gold's Gym. Various giveaways will be given out throughout the day.
