UNDER_CTRL: Graphic Design Senior Show

The Graphic Design program presents the senior graduation show in the Sharjah Gallery.

With our students’ usual tongue-in-cheek humor, this year’s show is entitled “Under _CTRL: تحت السيطرة.” The graduating class chose this title in reflection on their education journey and future forecasts since most of them spent their foundation and intermediate years in lockdown, learning design remotely and graduating with the fear of AI competing for a position in the creative industry. 

Many of their projects highlight solutions for social and educational problems. Some attempt to revive Egyptian culture in its ancient and more modern forms. Others explored sustainable design. All of them are graduating as concerned citizens.
