During the webinar, Ahmed Nawara, CEO of Al Manar Group, and Mohamed El Nasharty, export manager at Al Manar Group, will discuss the main opportunities and challenges facing family businesses in Egypt and how to be best prepared for and respond to the current forces inside and outside the family business. 

The speakers will also analyze proper family governance to balance business and family needs and goals. They will deliberate on succession planning to become a successful multigenerational family business. The webinar will be moderated by Randa El Bedawy, associate professor of management at AUC School of Business. 

This event is part of a full-year initiative focusing on the family business by the AUC School of Business, culminating with the #IMovedMyBusinessForward campaign, which engages family business leaders to share their working knowledge and showcase best practices through Business Forward, the knowledge portal of the School.
