Join us to view and discuss two or three short plays from Piece of Mind, the recent AUC Theatre performance on mental health and well-being. The 3 plays will cover topics related to depression, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, and body image. Presented in Arabic and English these plays ask audiences to consider the current stigma around mental health, encouraging the normalization of conversations around the issue. This presentation also addresses how theatre can offer a unique and personal way to address societal issues. Anyone interested in performance, social sciences and psychology is encouraged to attend.
