AUC School of Business is hosting the first Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UNPRME) Chapter Africa at the AUC New Cairo Campus. The meeting will consist of two sessions as well as a campus tour. The event will also be livestreamed on the School's Facebook page.

Session One (9:30 - 11 am) will feature Mette Morsing, head PRME Secretariat, Sherwat Elwan Ibrahim, professor at AUC School of Business and hair, PRME Chapter Africa, Mumbi Wachira, professor at Strathmore University Business School and vice-chair, PRME Chapter Africa, Cobus Oosthuizen, professor at Milpark Business School, CSC, PRME Chapter Africa, Hadia FakhrEldin, professor at British University in Cairo (BUE) Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Political Science, CSC, PRME Chapter Africa, and Ahmed Abdel Meguid, professor at AUC School of Business and PRME i5 Expert Pedagogy Group.

Session Two (11:15 am - 12:45 pm) will feature Ralph Hamman, professor at the UCT Graduate School of Business, Moses Acquaah, professor and department head of management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Laura Spence, professor of business ethics, Royal Holloway, University of London, UK and international research fellow, Centre for Corporate Reputation, Saїd Business School, University of Oxford, UK, Joseph Lekunze, research associate professor at the North-West University (NWU) Business School of South Africa, Noha El-Bassiouny, vice dean for academic affairs, professor and chair of marketing at the Faculty of Management Technology, the German University in Cairo (GUC), Dan LeClair, CEO, Global Business School Network (GBSN), Helmi Hammami, full professor of accounting and auditing, senior advisor for knowledge transfer and academic outreach, Rennes School of Business, and Mark Smith, professor and director, Stellenbosch Business School. This session will discuss the implications of COP27 on responsible management education in Africa.
