About the Speaker: 
Mohamed Youssef is the chairman and CEO of Dcode Economic and Financial Consulting. He brings 22 years of experience in developing and implementing policies and strategies in the public and private sectors to grow and enhance the SME sector and promote entrepreneurship in Egypt and other MENA countries.
