In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the basics of the Sesame Approach to Drama and Movement Therapy. We will use story, play, movement, sound, and embodiment to explore the critical aspects of dramatherapy practice. You will explore expressing yourself creatively in a way unfamiliar to most, using your physical body and sound instead of using words.

You will go on a journey both with the group and individually of self-discovery and understanding, where you will be encouraged to connect with your inner self and access parts of you that you may not even know existed.
