For the second year in a row, TCC is the home of the premier festival highlighting and empowering women’s creativity. The festival runs for five days and will be opened with a stunning performance by an all-women orchestra led by Paris-based Egyptian superstar Farrah El Dibany, who will perform an incredible repertoire of modern classics.
