Join us for storytelling plus audio and visual experience as we take you back to Ramadan in Egypt in the 80s and 90s, an unprecedented and changing era when the nation sat glued in front of their radios and TVs to watch the spectacular ads, shows, musalsalat soap opera dramas and fawazeer riddle programs. Award-winning director Amr Bayoumi (Where Did Ramses Go?) has curated and compiled an astounding array of clips shown on our big screen, accompanied by the engaging storytelling of Mohamed Abdel-Fatah (Kalabala). A Ramadan experience will follow the event in the Main Garden.
Free admission; open to the public. Register to guarantee a seat.
