Burnout has a profound impact on all aspects of your life: physical, social, and psychological. 
It's tougher to pause, breathe, and live in the moment in today's fast-paced, high-demand environment. 
With the correct tools and a few basic mindfulness methods, one may dramatically reduce the harmful impacts of stress while improving one's health, happiness, and well-being.
This workshop will look at the phases of burnout, how to avoid burnout, and stress management techniques to help you stay on the right track.
