As Egypt prepares for COP27, commitment to reducing the environmental footprint is a pressing need across all sectors. Sustainable finance is a growing area in Egypt, necessary to accelerate net-zero efforts locally and prepare it for a new era of green recovery. This webinar, held as part of Business Forward's campaign on responsible business This is how I moved my #BusinessForward, features CIB Egypt's Dalia Abdelkader, chief sustainability officer, and Rami Kassab, sustainability innovation manager, who will dive into the principles of responsible banking, the Net Zero Banking Alliance, green bonds and reducing the ecological footprint. Professor Ali Awni, director of the John D. Gerhart Center for Philanthropy, Civic Engagement and Responsible Business, moderated the talk. The webinar will also include a Q&A session.
