If you’re not sure if you’re physically or emotionally hungry,
If there’s a felt emptiness inside that makes you reach for the chips in the cupboard,
If you turn to food when you are stressed and need to deal with some uncomfortable feelings,
If you finish the whole plate without realizing what and how much you ate,

Then, this workshop is for you! We will get to know what emotional eating is and why we turn to food for comfort, and we will also learn some skills to be better able to regulate our emotional eating mindfully.
