Feeling tense, stressed, and easily irritable? Do you find yourself constantly running around trying to manage all your commitments? We sometimes tend to put more on our plate than we can handle. This can make us constantly feel on edge and might even lose interest in our favorite activities.

If you feel that this applies to you and feel like you are approaching burnout, join our interactive workshop as we discuss how to spot burnout, what it is, and how to combat it.
