This Gerhart Center Webinar Series session will feature Arnold Smit, associate professor of business in society and the program head of the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Values are integral to how individuals act and relate, how leaders lead and teams collaborate, how decisions are made and implemented, and how ethical challenges and dilemmas are dealt with. This, however, is easier said than done, and we often stumble in our boldest aspirations of integrating values into all aspects of our personal, relational and organizational lives. In this webinar, Smit will explore how a “giving voice to values” approach can assist us in living with personal integrity, develop positive relationships, and build ethical organizational cultures. Anyone interested in playing a values-driven leadership role in their various circles of influence will benefit from attending the conversation.
