The end-of-semester AUC Jazz Ensemble performance is the culmination of weekly jam sessions that bring together AUC students, alumni, and young jazz enthusiasts to share their passion for an extraordinary genre of timeless music that blends tradition, innovation, and spontaneity. The performers will cover a broad selection of jazz standards—pieces that have been played and reinterpreted by countless generations of jazz artists, in an attempt to make it their own.
