Reimagining Egyptian Jazz: A Tribute to Salah Ragab

This performance commemorates one of Egypt’s oldest jazz pioneers, the late drummer and bandleader Salah Ragab. A fine selection of Egypt’s contemporary jazz performers will be playing a reinterpretation of five pieces originally composed by Salah Ragab, as well as two pieces by Ahmed Refai.
